Kuznya Inbox is a Telegram bot that turns the links and images you send into structured notes and saves them in your own Google Drive or Notion. Operator: Taras Smalyukh, sole proprietor (brand “Kuznya”).

What we process

• Content you send (links, images) — to extract knowledge. We pass it to Anthropic’s model (Claude) and to a transcription service for processing.
• Access to your storage — with your permission (OAuth). For Google Drive we use the drive.file scope: we can access only the files this app creates — not the rest of your Drive. For Notion — only the pages you select.
• Technical data: your Telegram ID, the connection token (to write to your base), note metadata (title, tags, source), usage counters.

Where content is stored

Your notes and images are stored in your Google Drive / Notion and belong to you. We also keep a copy of processed notes in our own database — to re-deliver in case of failure, migrate your history if you change base, and improve the service. Images are deleted from our servers immediately after delivery to your base; you can delete the rest yourself with /delete or revoke access with /disconnect.

Anthropic (text processing), an audio transcription service, Google / Notion (your storage).

Revocation and deletion

In the bot: /disconnect — revoke our access (delete the token), /delete — erase all your data from our servers. You can also revoke access at any time in your Google or Notion settings, or email us at [email protected].
